Perfect Desire Moment

This is my perfect Desire moment, Gaiman perfectly shows just how self-obsessed s/he is, and how much a creature of the moment, and the words utterly haunt me. I really wanted to use it in my dissertation, but unfortunatly I couldn't find a way to work it in, this makes up for it.


Also, sorry for not tagging this, it's my first post, and I can't work out how to do, though I know in theory.

Oh hell yessss. Poor self-deluding fabulous Desire. When I discovered my school library had the whole series and I blew through them all over again (for the, what, thirtieth time?) I found my sympathy for him/her has deepened quite a lot.

What a sad, strange little so-and-so. A berjillion thanks to Gaiman for writing even universal archetypes as complex and affecting characters.
