Welp, the series (potentially the animated part of the franchise) has come to an end, and there was much sadness. One of the many things that I liked about the Avatar fandom is the plethora of really talented people producing fanart, so I thought that I'd post some.
Spoilers, obviously.
First, a strip by Nikkipet building upon Kuvira's backstory and Korra's character development.

Personally I think that they had the seeds of a great villain with Kuvira, though I think that they could probably have demonstrated her slide from "kind, heroic person with MAJOR abandonment issues" to "ethnic-cleansing military dictator" a bit better. Like, they had enough clues to demonstrate that clearly there was more to her than, say, Korra's uncle in season two, but there had to be... sacrifices in terms of plot. Like, we could have had Korra's recovery arc OR Kuvira getting more than five minutes of character development... yeah, that budget cut screwed us. Hrrmph.
Second, one of the many great comics by Makanidotdot regarding the Beifongs.

Thirdly, a daft one by laikkuseia

And finally, a strip by Beroberos strip from roughly a year ago that seems oddly timely.

Re: Korrasami, my view? I'm glad that they did it, although I'd have liked them to have made it more explict in the show that they'd fallen in love BUT I do understand that Standards and Practices wouldn't allow them to do so. I'll definitely be rewatching the show to see if I can spot more of the hints of the pair's growing feelings for each other, but it's neat that we're at least inching towards a place where they CAN have an explicitly bi couple in a western animated show.
