I hate the whole Evil Black Cat thing, but I do like that Peter's trying to talk sense into her still. He KNOWS this is bullshit.

This is why I try to wait before making complaints, since said complaints are probably either adressed or turned on their head to become a positive thing.

Perhaps but Slott is known for planning stuff well in advance (he knew about Superior since #600) so it wouldn't surprise me if he had long-term plans for the Black Cat.

Have they ever explained why she did such a complete 180 degree change in personality?

Up till now, it's because SpOck treated her like any other criminal. These scans are making it look like something else, now.

Peter seems sure that she's under some sort of mind control. That's more than what we had before.

Me neither. Though I've actually been hoping for some sort of mind control explanation, as it REALLY doesn't make sense otherwise.
Seeing Ringmaster on the cover of one of the upcoming .1 issues had me hoping that that might lead to some sort of revelation there, but I think there just going to use his character to have the Wraith going off the rails instead.
As Slott seems to be suggesting in these issues that it's some sort of side effect of her powers, which makes me suspect that she might be getting depowered soon. (Which isn't ideal, but would still be preferable to having her outright evil, and undoing a good couple of decades of her developing character..)

Heh, it's hilarious that as much of a Catwoman-homage Felicia is, her seemingly deciding to be crime boss at the same time as Selina is oddly well timed... except, Selina is actually good at it, while Felicia seems to be acting like a villain in the Gotham tv show.

Well, I think that the difference between Black Cat being a crime boss and Catwoman being a kingpin is that Catwoman, in spite of jer new role, is still ultimately Catwoman, whereas Felicia has acted out of her estblished character

Felicia DOES NOT burn people alive. I don't care how badly SpOCK treated her, nothing previously established about this character will explain such an abrupt change in personality, short of a post-Axis Inversion, mind control, or a shape-shifting impersonator.

Out of all of this I'm most concerned about the appearance of the Spot at the bottom there. As per Waid's Daredevil, I thought he was dead. And what about the Coyote, is he back too?

Well as cool as that Daredevil story was, the Spot sadly remains exactly the kind of D-list villain to fall through the cracks and be thrown into a crowd shot by an artist who's either forgotten or not read the story in question.
