So I just posted some STARDUST from the public-domain(please note, mods) FANTASTIC COMICS #12.
I asked if you wanted more. Yes, you said. Okay.
Here's "Samson and David, by Alex "Boon," or rather, Blum.(and, possibly...WRITTEN BY WILL EISNER.) They're the stars of this comic. As it turns out, Stardust might be the least weird-looking feature in the comic. Why? Well, almost everyone else runs around nearly naked.

Ah, the good old innocent days, when no one thought anything of a man with almost nothing on running about with a child who...also...has almost nothing on. Hmm.
It's...kind of like Batman or Green Arrow, only naked. And that it makes no sense and all the villains are stupid. This one? He's the star, as you can see from the cover. I will leave no comment here and allow you to devour this whole. It's quite a meal. Dig in. After your brain stops screaming.

Brief comment: behold the stupidest spies ever.

Believe it or not, that's still not all of it. More will be coming.

Date: 2009-07-11 03:01 am (UTC)I am fond of this bit:
"But our noble leader is free! He's safe in his fortress out west!"
"They said the leader was in a fortress out west."
"Good work, David!"

Oh, what, too soon?

Date: 2009-07-12 01:03 am (UTC)Methinks those spies have expositionitis. 'You'll never stop us, for you do not know, as we do, that our secret weapon is located at 345 East Maple Street in the old abandoned warehouse, with the secret knock being 'shave and a haircut!'
