He would work much better if they were doing a team of Iron Man's villains. Like Living Laser, Spymaster, Ghost, Crimson Dynamo, etc.

Just as long as he doesn't end up in that S&M garb (talking an outfit you don't want to be caught dead in, although he ends just that), I'll be happy. Actually, the Armored Adventures Whiplash would be a decent foe. But still not as the main villain--hired thug seems to be his lot in life.
