This is from Fantastic Four #116, by Archie Goodwin and John Buscema. I'm posting 11.3 pages from a 34 page story.

The Over-Mind has Reed under his mind-control, and Ben and Johnny defeated. All alone, Sue tries to find someone who can help her, but is unable to reach any of the other superheroes. Agatha appears and tells her there is one person she has overlooked: Dr. Doom.

Johnny and Ben attack the Over-Mind again.

The Over-Mind appears to be victorious, when suddenly the Stranger arrives and attacks him, shrinking him down to the microverse. Meanwhile, Reed is able to break free of the mind-control before he can kill Sue.

Panel four: Ahh, seventies emission regulations. Did that device get parked when pollution standards came into force
Panel six: Doom smoking? Seems he has dropped the habit later.
