After Superman fights (read, demolishes) The Demolition Team, he discovers he had an unexpected audience cheering for him: A bunch of kids from the Cancer ward of an hospital. and that gives him an idea.





BTW, I fully believe Batman was the most vocally in favor of Supes idea and he is acting grumpy here in a poor attempt to look all serious, because he knows that is what kids expect of him and think that makes him "cool"

see, THIS is the justice league (and yeah bruce, we ALL believe your FINE grumpy ass... ) especially since we have the goddess of truth and mister can hear your heartbeat. I get what priest is tying to do... but something in the delivery is... lacking there.

This is great but I love Batman's expression when he's giving out his batarang. "Yes this dumb, giving a sharp throwing weapon to a child, but I've done it five times already.

I assume the dialogue we aren't hearing is him lecturing the kids on batarang safety before he has them pass it around.

The grappling hook panel is probably more of a "hey kids, you wanna see something cool"

Bruce likes kids. There's no reason he'd need to keep up the act.

The other Batman panel kinda looks like he's trying to grapple away
