Does anyone else find Young Tom’a design to be so, so ugly with that haircut and that striped shirt? What’s that even supposed to be, a bathing suit?

So is Shaz-I mean, the Timekeeper, just a really really old Tom Strong? Because when you think about it, his hourglass symbol looks like a pair of Tom's chest triangles, only with the colors reversed...

Yes, he is, he even has a triangle on his chest. The last page is pretty explicit that he's very old Tom.
