I'm not going to go meta on this. I just want to tell a bunch of stories with Liam that are aimed at 12-14 year-old smart kids; the kind of kid I was when I got into comics. Seems odd that Carol from the genderbender universe is still a woman and was still in a relationship with a (presumeably?) male Hal Jordan.

Seems more like she'd be from a "the love interests are the main heroes" universe, is all I'm saying.

What I got is this: she is trans and 11!Hal is straight.

Sometimes things aren’t so cut and dry, I guess. She’s still Carol Ferris and she’s still Star Sapphire but her attitude and, presumably, place in her world are closer to Hal’s. Presumably her universe’s Hal is more like Carol
