This is from Tales from the Crypt #35. This is one is significant in that this scared Stephen King as a kid and it served as a possible influence for 'Salem's Lot.
Harold is visiting his sister Donna and discovers everyone in her town goes in at dark for fear of vampires.

At night he walks around the deserted streets and discovers the restaurant is opening up again and people are going inside. Hungry, Harold goes in as well.


Back to Stephen King, here's an excerpt from an introduction he wrote to 'Salem's Lot where he mentions this story specifically.
