It's Goldbug and his desire to make a name for himself - an appropriately skewed version of more mainline Bumblebees' inner conflicts, in this " Autobots're the villains, Decepticons're the heroes " mirrorverse.
It's Goldbug preening over his triumph, while thinking of how Optimus Prime'd treated him in the past.
