This story was so wild and crazy insane. I was intrigue with the Gotham police force, being highly corrupted by the past commissioner. It look like he wants to put a hit on Jim. Because he is too honest and by the book


The depiction of the Joker in the future is visually disturbing. I wonder how Gotham can recover after Joker again creating an apocalyptic Jokerizing virus that spreads via laughter as his final attack?

I wanted if the people infected what the virus? Just laugh hysterically, and say “Why so serious” a lot and nothing else?

Hey, it's not even the first apocalyptic event Gotham's been through, and not even the first one a Bat-Villain did.

It bounced back from the Earthquake, and in a year's time, nobody will even be talking about the Jokerizing virus.

The last image is creepy as hell.

Not quite sold on the story yet (though because it's Zdarsky, I'll give it a fair chance), but the art is great. In particular, they freaking nailed Bolland's iconic "Joker's first HAHAHA" face. That's no easy feat. Not just the rictus, but those haunting eyes blazing right at the reader... brrr.

You'd think the smartest man in the world would realize making the giggling, violent madman more effective is a BAD IDEA!

I was just really happy that Zero Year was acknowledged. It felt like Rebirth kind of erased it, or at the very least ignored it, which sucks b3cause Snyder's run was amazing.
