I'm getting definite Alan Davis vibes from his art.

Marvel US had Kirby as the 'house style', Marvel UK had Davis.

Very early Hitch, pre-elongated chest style. I vastly prefer this to his current style, although he does go on to increasingly stretch DH's 'philtrum' as time goes on.

Hitch's art here is a fascinating mix of Alan Davis, Dave Gibbons (take a gander at Babyface there) and just the general 2000 AD style.
