In honor of Black History Month, I wanted to share this video which showcases and celebrates over 60 Black superheroines in comics and other media.

M is Algerian, if I recall. I've seen disagreements over whether North Africans self-identify as black (as opposed to Arabic). Similar situation with Somalians, who are of course in East Africa, but self-identify as having closer ties to North Africa or southwest Asia.
