What happened to Parallax?

As you may remember, Hal Jordan freed and rejoined with Parallax during Blackest Night in order to help defeat the Black Lantern Spectre. The two were separated again, but Parallax vanished without explanation... until now.



You'll note that this plan by the hooded villain does not include capturing the Black Hand or the Entity.

I was a little worried that if Ion is caught and removed from Yat he'd die in the Daxxam sun, but he's alive in Legion of Three Worlds.

I wonder if getting all the embodiments together summons rainbow brite?

The sun wouldn't kill him either way.

He took his ring off though, as a Daxamite wouldn't he be incinerated in a red sun without a power ring?

Their sun is yellow now.

Yeah, but it was the Ion Power what turned it yellow in the first place.
I'm still wondering about the lead poisoning, though.

The lead posioning doesn't make sense, never did. How could a ring keep him from dying but Ion can't when Ion is stronger then a ring. Even if it took the powers combined you mean to tell me the power of Ion can change a sun but not cure lead poisoning?

Just because he has the Ion power doesn't mean he knows how to use it, which in turn would mean he would have no idea if it could cure him.

Besides, I imagine they'd need the Color Belt.
