From Harley Quinn #12...
While confronting the Clock King and Sportsmaster, Harley & Peej have found themselves transported to a distant galaxy. They learn that the only way to get back to Earth is to retrieve the Infinity Rings, which are in the hands (or rather, on the hands) of Manos, the most feared man in the cosmos. He seeks all the power in the universe and intends to destroy everything that is. When Harley asks what he has planned on the day after, she's told that's a good question, that the end game doesn't seem to have been thought out. He lives on a bunch of floating rocks with his kids, who all hate him. Peej is hoping to talk him into helping them return home, but Harley points out that "this guy is Hitler in space time a billion."
After fighting a giant space pizza, they arrive, only to be able to watch helplessly as Manos destroys an inhabited planet with his Cosmic Organ...
