If I had to sum up the book’s intent, it’s that the majority of WW2 Superhero books tend to use it as a setting to expand superhero stories. Uber is explicitly interested in what using Enhanced Humans can say about WW2. It’s a book about WW2, my reading of it, and various elements connected to it. -- Kieron Gillen
