Fury Of Firestorm The Nuclear Men #1 has two distinctions.
1. It has the longest title of the reboot.
2. The last page is arguably dumber than the last page of Batman: The Dark Knight.
One page under the cut.

Aaron "The Mad Whitaker" Bourque; also, Voodoo #1 was surprisingly good. It definitely did "sexy" better than either Catwoman #1 or Red Hood and the Outlaws #1 . . . not that that would be hard in the latter case.

Date: 2011-09-30 07:59 am (UTC)I know they're trying to reintroduce the old dynamic of the Flash/Peter dynamic flipped on its head--a jock being PICKED ON by a brainiac. (in the old comic it was some dude with sideburns) I'm just saying not a whole lot of this makes sense. I know what they're saying, but I think they don't say it well here. It's rushed, confused, and with no real hook. So what if these two guys who only just turned into Firestorms I don't know now fuse into this other thing?
It seems a few 52s have endings like this. DARK KNIGHT, HAWK & DOVE...
