Bring on the cuteness! Superman Family Adventures #1

Superman Family Adventures #1 hit the stands today. Now the first few pages of this #1 appeared in DC's "Free Comic Book Day", so I'm not counting that towards "Pages posted already", it was in a different comic, and one that DC freely distributed.




Metropolis is under attack by three giant robots. See if you can work out who is behind them based on the cunningly concealed clues...

But such things don't stop an intrepid cub photographer....





I love that in the middle of fleeing, he stops and turns around to get his photo, THAT'S the sort of commitment that will make his career... or make his life very short.... And his crush on Supergirl is cute...

Again, that's dedication.

Meanwhile the plot of Luthor (Yes, sorry if that spoiled things for you) is revealed, he's going to steal Superman's powers and funnel them into his super battle armour. Also with him is Fuzzy, his pet mouse, who keeps managing to escape from his cage. Superman has finally fallen into the clutches of the robot and Luthor prepares to fire.





Yeah, this is not one of Luthor's most successful plans... how Superman defeats him is a treat, but you'll need to find it for yourself.

At leas that sound effect didn't appear near the Supergirl scenes.
