Always a favourite of mine, well, most of the time… This one has Halo, Katana, Black Lightning, GeoForce, Metmorpho and Looker in it, which really brings back the nostalgia.

You know, almost all of these solits basically say, "Something something dome, something something this guy shows up!"

Gods help me, this Convergence thingie is really looking... interesting. And by that, I mean a glorious yet ruthless mining of the past in order to stimulate my nostalgia circuits to get my money.

It may just work.

I just hope this isn't a repeat of the Villian single issue stories from a couple Septembers ago where some are readily available while others are in short supply.

There have been many that interest me.

I'll order whichever ones I want in advance, so not worried about that.
I am contemplating whether it's better to get the single issues... or wait for the inevitable collections. I wonder how they'd be packaged. By decade? By week? Alphabetically?

I dunno! Probably by family? All the Titan books together, all the Superman books in another, Justice League titles together and so forth. That was how DC grouped the Flashpoint minis.

I think the problem with the Villains Month issues was the utterly confusing numbering scheme involved, which went into .2's and stuff like that at times. These are more straightforward miniseries replacing the actual series for two months, like the Future's End stuff.

Good point. I forgot about the .1 .2 numbering part that made it so difficult for retailers to order. Then there was the shortage by the printer which lead to the rationing to stores.

Also, Nicola Scott and the Outsiders sounds interesting, both as separate entities and a potential series pitch.
