She's not thinking clearly, that's why she's directing her anger at Batman and going through all this other stuff. Again, the First Victim is manipulating her and using her anger to work against the team and destabilize it, all from a small kernel of truth. The serpent in the garden, in a way. That's the point. She's vulnerable and wants someone to blame, and when that's the case, reason and logic go out the window. The FV didn't need to make an airtight case, and her reaction is very believable.
