shakaloolooWhat's the one thing this DC/MonsterVerse crossover's been missing? Giant robots! So this penultimate issue gives us some!
Although now I find myself thinking - most blasphemously - that there may just be TOO MANY giant robots in this issue! I need a lie-down.

Wow, what a banner week for Giganta. Not only holding her own against Wonder Woman, but not giving a bad showing in Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong #5 either. Captain Cold behaves a little stupidly, though.

Dec. 3rd, 2023 06:57 pmshakaloolooSo, the last issue was less about the monster-fighting than it was Superman preparing for his proposal to Lois Lane. In this second issue Kong does not even appear, but we get an insight into the Bat-fmaily dynamics in this Elseworlds as they deal with a monstr attacking Gotham City. A giant, sonic-based bat, of course. What possible weak points could it have?

While Kong and the Big G have little more than a cameo in this first issue, there are six more issues so go, so lots of space for that monster action in the future.
Also! This issue has Giganta in the Legion of Doom! But needless violence against robots too, so mixed feelings there.
