The four're employees of the Scientific Institute for Nascent Ecology and Worlds in 2034, manning an outpost in the Gibson Desert when something comes up.
It's a geographical shift, strobing their thermal maps - prompting Hildur, leader and Botanist of the team, to order a field investigation.
