For those who follow such things, "Rule 63" states that "For any given male character, there is a female version of that character" and vice versa...


and Joe Phillips clearly believes that the vice should be just as sexy as the versa....

I believe the appropriate term is 'Yowsa!'

Also, weren't Cloak and Dagger specifically not supposed to a hormonal thing...?
