'Chris Ryall and I have been discussing an "omnibus" edition of the NEW VISIONS books, as a companion to the 500 page hardcover of my conventionally illustrated TREK work, and I've said if we do this I want to go over the whole thing, some 500 pages also, to tweak everything up to the present levels of my skills with the photo-manipulations. Everything from the kerning in the balloons to the feathering on the edges of some figures. Maybe even changing some panels entirely now I really know what I am doing.' - John Byrne
