Nightwing #124 is the negotiation of group conflicts.

Issue #123's ending had had the Flyboiz of Blüdhaven asking Nightwing for help.

Issue #124's beginning was Oracle expositing what that help would involve - medical attention for those Flyboiz who'd been poisoned by significant exposure to " Chemo-infected corpses " - and Nightwing summing up with " They need blood transfusions. "

This did not sit well with the Teddies, the other Blüdhaven gang Nightwing was helping.

( The Flyboiz and the Teddies had been in conflict. )
