So, apparently a lot of people are unaware of the fact that Italian comic book publishing has and will make Duck and Mouse comics of absolutely everything.
And I do mean everything.
Superheroes, Star Wars, Dracula, Pride & Prejudice, Gone With The Wind, Dr. Jekyll & Mr Hyde, Lord Of The Rings, Fellini’s The Road, The Count of Monte Cristo, The Divine Comedy, Moby Dick, 007, Alien, and so on and on and on. If it’s famous, we have done a Duck or Mouse comic about it.
Now, I can't scan my volumes without destroying the spine, and they are all in Italian anyway. But I thought I could at least show some of the most interesting covers.
( These are all real official published comics )

...I figured some of you might get a kick out of this artist's pieces combining them with various cartoon-related characters (and others).

Here's a webcomic from Sassquach. The full story is fairly long (30 pages or so) so I'm posting the first four and then linking to the rest. It's written by Max Landis, the writer for Chronicle.
Just a basic warning for adult language and themes, nothing too bad.

Maybe it's because I'm insomniac tonight so I'm seeing funny things where there are none, but I came across this cover and I'm silent-laughing so hard my face hurts.
