Coc Week: Echo

Echo AKA Maya Lopez is one of the more underrated Daredevil characters in my opinion. She's a deaf Native-American/Latina who had a romance with Matt Murdock while believing Daredevil killed her father. After David Mack introduced her she effectively went into limbo (you'd figure with Marvel's commitment to diversity that a character who is both disabled and a person of color would be more prominent but...) although Bendis made an effort to use her a few times. There are rumors that she is being cast for a Disney+ show (people are guessing Hawkeye due to Clint Barton's deafness in the comics) right now so maybe that will change.

Daredevil: End of Days was Bendis's last major Daredevil story. It was published in 2012, six years after his run with Maleev ended. Bendis co-wrote this with David Mack with Klaus Janson providing pencils (and a few guest spots from Maleev and Mack).

Daredevil: End of Days marks the final installment in my 'Bendis' Daredevil' series (barring any further stories from him). It was published in 2012, six years after his run with Maleev ended. Bendis co-wrote this with David Mack with Klaus Janson providing pencils (and a few guest spots from Maleev).

Images from Moon Knight #6 below the cut, showcasing the confusing situation that Mr. Marc Spector should have anticipated finding himself in...
( Are... Are you real? )
It's got very little in common with the Charlie Huston series that I loved so much, but this incarnation of Moon Knight has been its own sort of entertaining thus far.
