So today I shift gears from the rather graphic and controversial Watchmen stuff I posted, back to Psylocke and company in the pages of Uncanny X-Men. Scans are from Uncanny X-Men #17.

If there is one undeniable fact of life in the DC Universe, it is this: The Guadians of the Universe are a bunch of assholes. Not to mention arrogant, self-imporant, and, as shown in recent issues, psychotically insane. Of course, I don't need to tell you any of this; but in this weeks Green Lantern Annual #1, they've really stooped to a new low.
( Hope you're sitting down... )

1 page + 1 panel from JLI Annual 1.
The setup: Booster Gold has lured the remaining JLI'ers and a couple prospective new members to the Hall of Justice by claiming the members of the main League will be there. Blue Beetle comes, but isn't interested in Booster's plans for the JLI; he's looking to meet Superman, Wonder Woman or at least Cyborg, for help in removing the scarab from his spine.
Booster promises him OMAC's help instead.
( Yeah. How's that working out, Jaime? )
Well, crud.
